  2. DIFESA 2v2 USCITA e RECUPERO PRINCIPI DI GIOCO e AZIONI: essere in posizione libera sul pivot; valutare la profondità. DESCRIZIONE: due difensori partendo in posizione libera sul pivot escono sul centrale che attacca la propria zona; quando la palla viene passata, il difensore che è uscito recupera in diagonale per evitare il passaggio al pivot. Progressione con: a. posizione fondamentale e intercetto; b. controllo e intercetto; c. intervento diretto e intercetto; d. difensore libero; e. tiro. COACHING POINTS:1. spostamenti difensivi; 2. posizione libera; 3. uso delle braccia; 4. scelta tecnica in base alla traiettoria dell’attaccante. 2
