ATTACCO MULTITIRO 02 DESCRIZIONE: a. il terzino lancia il centrale da cui riceve palla per il tiro dopo un incrocio (linee nere); b. il centrale si ricarica, riceve e gioca una palla veloce per l’ala (linee grigie); c. lo stesso centrale, simulando una partenza dai 9m, gioca la palla per il pivot che finge un blocco (linee blu). Ripetere la sequenza dall’altro lato. a c PROGRESSIONE: 2v1. COACHING POINTS: 1. duello con il portiere; 2. allenare la tecnica di tiro; 3. cura delle traiettorie con e senza palla; 4. allenare la tattica individuale. b
