  2. Pollution is A Modern Curse In the year 1810 it has been estimated that the growing population of the world reached 1 billion. So little more than 200 years later it has now reached in round figures, 7 billion. During that window of time we have experienced the Industrial Revolution and the birth of the combustion engine. Imagine therefore how much people have managed to pollute the world’s atmosphere these past two hundred years. And the problem is that we only recently discovered ways to measure invisible pollution in towns and are now looking to exist without fossil fuels.

  3. Oxygen is just a fifth of the air we breathe but obviously it’s crucial not just for our life but plants and creatures all the way down to much bacteria. Every cell in our body requires oxygen day and night and anything that interferes with the supply can seriously damage our health. Oxygen isn’t just breathed into our lungs, it also happens to be an essential element in the digestion process of food we eat. Many of the bacteria in our gut are important in the digestive process and some of these are aerobic meaning they can only exist with an oxygen supply.

  4. Many people believe that contriving a way to boost oxygen supply into the gut can aid a number of problems such as bloating, IBS and constipation. There are many products on the market and they seem to be improving on a fairly constant level. Currently, the product Oxylift seems to have very good reviews. People often talk about the healthy Mediterranean diet and yes, when you look at it then it doesn’t seem so surprising.

  6. But there is a second reason it’s a good diet and that’s just the fact that generally people in that part of the world have the climate to grow fresh fruit and vegetables most of the year. The problem with the diet in countries like the UK is that not only is it harder to find a constant supply of fresh food but there is a lazy attitude that leads to heavily processed supermarket products. Added to almost every tin and jar on the shelves in the vast number of cases there will be excessive amounts of sugar or salt. Both are designed to prolong the life of the product but at a cost to our health.

  7. You can walk along coastal paths about the Mediterranean and pick fresh berries along with citrus fruits all day long and through most of the year. But don’t try and compare the tinned version back in the UK at your local supermarket. It doesn’t take a genius to guess which version is going to be better for your digestion. Or beneficial for the deliverance of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Just about any digestion problems bar serious ones that require a visit to you GP, may be improved upon with the supplement known as Oxylift.
