CHF Mtwara Urban Introduction • CHF Scheme differs from other Districts as it requires urban set up • Since 2005, the CHSB and HFGC are in place • 2004 – 2005 MoH organized various seminars on the module for CHF Urban • During 2005, the Council received a “TIKA” TIBA KWA KADI module to implement CHF in urban areas 31st Jan - 2nd February 2006 31st Jan- 2nd Feb, 2007CHF best practice WS, Golden Tulip Hotel, DSM CHF best practice WS, Golden Tulip Hotel, DSM 1

With TGPSH support a technical meeting was conducted to review urban CHF design. • The TIKA module adapted some features from CHF, which was accepted for implementation • Some special features: Membership: Ordinary Category: 5000 TSH p.a. (groups of 6, family of 6, 6 students) • Secondary Category: 20.000 TSH p.a.
