  1. The Benefits of Physical Exercise If you're enjoying life and can't have enough of it, there's only one way of keeping it going for longer and it's called exercising. Nothing can give you more energy than exercise, besides also giving you a better quality of life. The health benefits of exercise can never be underestimated. And it's there for you to experience, regardless of your age, gender or physical ability. Here are some leading benefits of physical exercise that could encourage you to make it part of your life: Exercise prevents weight gain: You can maintain your weight and prevent any further weight gain. This is because when you exercise, you burn calories. If you perform intense exercise, you can burn more calories. You don't need to work out in a gym--if you do simple things like walking when you can or climbing stairs, you can burn a good amount of calories. You can prevent developing health problems: With regular exercise, you can combat cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, stroke, depression, Type 2 diabetes, cancers, arthritis and osteoporosis. Exercise can lift your moods: If you're under stress, depressed or need to let off steam, a workout at the gym can help immensely. Exercise stimulates certain brain chemicals that keep you happy and relaxed. Why you need to wear exercise wear while working out: Unfortunately, most people don't see much merit in wearing appropriate clothes while exercising, whether at the gym or at home. They believe that these clothes are just stylish wear that serve no particular purpose. However, nothing could be further from the truth than this as proper exercise wear has a great impact on one's performance and stamina. It also gives better and faster results. In fact, here are a few benefits of wearing appropriate gym clothing. You're comfortable, so you perform better: Working out can make you sweat and feel irritable, thereby affecting your performance and perhaps even curtailing your exercise time. Before you begin exercising, ensure your clothing for exercise is comfortable, particularly if you are going to do some difficult postures. You can do the entire range of movement, so you exercise your muscles well: When you exercise, you get into different postures and perform a range of movements. This demands that you wear the right workout clothing so that you stretch, twist and turn properly. That's why fitness gurus recommend that you wear clothes that are loose and elastic and nothing restrains you from doing a complete range of movement. You stay away from injuries, so dress to be safe: Your choice of gym wear largely depends on your kind of exercise. It's preferable that you wear fitting clothes as they will not get within the teeth of any exercise machines and injure you. Also, don't wear accessories like belts, watches, arm bands, etc as they could hamper your exercise rhythm.

  2. You gain confidence, so you feel positive about life: The more confident you are of what you're wearing, the more it will reflect in your scale of performance and you will feel encouraged to do more and better. And lastly... Exercising is one good way of feeling better, so go out and enjoy it. Just 30 minutes of exercise per day is enough to get you on to the fitness track.
