Corporate cultures Think about your district • Picture what you see, what you hear, what you feel as you walk through the district. • Write down adjectives that describe the district, the culture, the experience. • Using your adjectives, come up with an object, animal, or character that exemplifies the description. • Write a paragraph describing the way your adjectives, metaphor, and description come together in your mind.

Who can you think of… • …who might be the character(s) that you read about? • How do you know? • What are the assets that they bring to the strength of changing the culture of the district community? • How might their strength become a weakness? • What actions can you take to ensure that the ‘character’ uses their uniqueness as a strength?

  8. Do I demonstrate daily where we are headed? Do I demonstrate an understanding of the importance of this direction?
