Reduction/Elimination of NTBsOther • Broker Training/Licensing/Examinations • Establishment of Internal Control & Internal Audit Sections • Replace “100%” subjective examination with an automated selectivity system • Organizational Integrity Assessments & Action Plans • Establishment of Public Relations Sections

  11. Recommendations • Get organized and approach governmental agencies as a unified voice • Participate in any pilot programs • Use governmental problems as an opportunity to solve together • Contact MPs for any legislative change input • Be honest and compliant
