  3. 2005-2006 RESOLUTIONS • 2.6 Order of Business • Minutes of preceding Annual General or Special General Meeting • Consideration of reports of the Directors • Consideration of financial statements and report of the auditor • Appointment of Auditors • New Business • Election of Directors for the ensuing year(s) • AMENDMENT • Remove New Business • Rational: Align with Herb Perry’s Rule of Order • Opportunities: Resolutions, Q/A with reports

  4. 2005-2006 RESOLUTIONS • BY LAW 1 • Membership Categories • Amendments: No change to categories and their intent • Removing detail to allow the addition of new benefits, changes throughout the year • Executive Limitation has been developed that will be activated upon adoption of this by law change to ensure changes and additions to membership benefits will be required to be presented by the E.D. to the Board for acceptance.
