History and Background • February 2013:Financial Literacy - Pilot/Adult learners • Outreach and Online Education/ World Campus • October 2016: Penn State Financial Literacy and Wellness Center • July 2017: Transfer to University Park Campus • July 2018: Generous endowment • Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center,currentlyconsisted of • 5 full-time staffs • 2 Graduate Assistants • 10 Student Ambassadors • October 2018: 100K gift from PSECU to support self-study modules • April 2019: 150K gift from PNC to expand services and outreach

Interactive Website • Schedule a class/group session • Freshmen seminar classes, workshops for PSU student organizations or clubs, colleges, and departments • Available in person, webinar, and Zoom meeting • Schedule an individual appointment • Use STARFISH for to schedule one-on-one meetings • Based on students’ needs, appointments are available in person, Skype, Zoom, phone, etc.

Mentoring Program • Coming Soon • Uses LIONLink to connect alumni and students LIONLink (https://psulionlink.peoplegrove.com/) is a networking and career platform that connects alumni in workforce with students to help PUS graduates advance in their career and life. • Designed as a joint knowledge exchange program • Participants can explore Financial Literacy topics (see our website) based on mentees’ interest • Designed to develop meaningful lasting relationships
