  2. What is ICT? ICT i.e. Information and Communication Technology. Simply means Using Computers, tablets, Internet With the invention of ICT whole concept of education has been modified. Access to information and communication technologies (ICT), and social media, has enormous potential to the people’s civic engagement and their participation.

How ICT build Participation? • It increased opportunities in volunteering areas of concern in daily life. • Access to information and communication technologies (ICT), and social media, has enormous potential to the people’s civic engagement and their participation. • It can have positive effects in bridging the gender divide during their participation.

Example :- Math Forum to solve questions online and interact with others from different parts of world.

Difference appears by like • gender, • Inclusive education, • income, • age, • access to information • a rural - urban divide. • Interdisciplinary education In developing countries, Internet usage has a higher proportion of male users, highlighting that the gender gap in Internet usage can not explain the level of progress. The minimum levels of Internet usage among people who are not enrolled in school and have only completed primary education, as well as for people living in rural areas in all around the world.
