Chapter’s Charter to be Updated SAVE THE DATE… • In an effort to streamline how the Chapter operates we will be revising the Charter to remove all but the minimum VP positions required to run the Chapter • This allows the Board to organize itself for efficiency and productivity as we serve our Members • As Members of the Chapter it is important to review and vote on the updates to the Charter

  4. Interested in working behind the scenes with Chapter Officers? NWA PMI is looking for volunteers to help with: • Educate the next generation • Courses we offer • Special events • Serve as an Officer or Director Without our volunteers there would be no chapter!   7. Seeking your PMP or CAPM? Is it time to earn your PMP or CAPM certification? The NWA PMI Chapter is pleased to offer a preparatory course for experienced project managers readying themselves to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Exam or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Registration for fall class will be coming soon!

SAVE THE DATE… How PDUs are earned has changed! • PDU Limits • Education: minimum of 35 PDUs • Minimum of 8 PDUs per Skills Area: Technical, Leadership, & Strategic Business Management • Remaining 11 can align to any area • Giving Back: maximum of 25 PDUs • No more than 8 PDUs for working as a professional • Remaining 17 PDUs across Volunteering or Creating Knowledge
