Executive Director: Alex Ribeiro A Systems Analyst, he majored in Social Sciences at PUC-SP , with a Bachelors in Law at Fumec University, post-graduate in Diplomatic Studies at CEDIN-Centrer for Studies in International Law, and Urban Law at IESDE. He is an honorary director of the Brazilian-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce, Institutional Relations . Creator and Visionary for the CITAT project he realized and coordinated international missions to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has lived in o Horizonte, Madrid, Rome, Boston, New York, Dallas, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo, where he established contacts that are the basis for this project. Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French. Acted as the Executive of Strategy and Innovation in multi-nationals like Internet Securities. Inc. (Euromoney Group Company), Grupo Rede Empresas de Energia, AT&T, with diverse projects in the sectors of Information Technology, Electrical Energy, Oil and Gas, Telecommunicationss, Education and the Financial Market in various countries Currently, he is coordinating the CITAT Project for the Internacionalization and Regional Development of the City of Araxá,and he provides consulting services to other municipalities.

12. André Luis Sampaio Borges Lawyer graduated em Law at the University of Uberaba with more than 20 years of experience in Civil, Administrative and Constitucional. Law He was Vice President of the UNIARAXÁ foundation,, district attorney for the Municipality of Araxá-MG, and Secretary of Legal Affairs in the Municipality of Araxá. He is the legal coordinator of the CITAT project for the Internacionalization and Regional Development of Araxá. He refocused his energy and uses his knowledge of Law to make projects viable which need public integration with private partnerships.

13. Dr. Jeová Moreira da Costa A Doctor of Urology, and graduate of the Federal University of Uberaba in Minas Gerais, the father of 2 daughters who are also doctors, he continues in his second term as mayor of the City of Araxá in Minas Gerais for the Democratic Workers Party -PDT, in which President Dilma had her political roots. He became a Politician to widen his vocation to cure people by helping to cure the social wounds which still get in the way of his country’s growth. Aside from being Mayor,, Dr. Jeová is a businessman in the hotel sector, in the distribution of foods and rual products, with various pioneer projects in the city such as fruticulture, the production of ethanol from corn, etc. He is the great inspiration for the CITAT project , the Internationalitzation and Regional Development for Araxá and is the main one responsible for its realization. He refocused his energy , and uses his gift for curing the body of physical illness to inspire people through politics, helping to cure the wounds of society.

14. Alda Sandra Barbosa Marques Businesswoman, married and the daughter of one of the most famous entrepreneurs in Araxá, she is currently the Secretary of Tourism, Partnerships and Economic Development. Alda was also the Secretary of Human Development and President of the Chamber of ShopKeepers of Araxá for 10 years. She is one of the most recgognized entrepreneurs in the city and a great enthusiast for CITAT, being under her Department and with responsibility for the development of the project. Under her direction, various partnerships were estabished with her city, which is going to be one of the World Cup Cities. She took two Master’s courses in Public Policy and Tourism at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and as part of her role as Secretary she is looking to make Araxá the Center for Training of the World Cup 2014.

15. Dr. Patterson Patricio de Souza Vice Director of Research and Post-Graduate Federal Center for Technological Education, Minas Gerais Dr. Patterson has a Master's in Chemistry from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2004) and a doctorate(PhD) in Analytical Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2008). He develops projects in the environmental sector,, mainly catalysis with niobium in control of hazard molecules and the reduction of pollutants in the petroleum industry, applying techniques like electrospray ionization, mass spectrometry and comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography. He studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute Technology (RMIT)/ Australia and Laboratory Thomson of mass spectrometry (Brazil) and has patents in new materials and catalysis.
