  1. How to help your kids during exams? The exam fever is on and the kids are stressed, anxious and everything else that describes the fear. Talking about exams, parents have a really important role to play when it comes to relieving the stress that the kids are going through. When we talk about exams, it is not only about the board exams that we cover, in fact, it is about the exams or what we commonly know as tests that start up from Nursery or 1st and go up till the college. As parents, you have a role to play and responsibilities to take care of. This blog talks about the various things you can do to take off your kid’s mind away from stress and the exam pressure. 1. Talk to them about realistic expectations Generally, parents force kids to study while they are doing anything and everything. You shouldn’t do this. Be supportive of what you do when they are anxious. Teach them to be patient and don’t be hard on them. Talk to them about realistic expectations when it comes to scoring. Don’t put the pressure on them that they have a score above 90 or something that they lose their mind over scoring your expectations. 2. Make them exercise during that time By exercise, we mean to say that you give them some time which includes any kind of physical activity. Whether it is going for a walk in the park or going out some playtime, it can be anything that involves freshening up of the mind eat-sleep-study-repeat is what can cause severe damage to the mind and soul. A regime of

  2. because sleep is not the only thing that gives rest to the young mind. 3. Give them treats When you want to make your kid happy, the very first thing you should do is - make them good food or order it so that you too can enjoy it with them. Anything and everything that they love to hog on can be ordered to give them a break from the monotonous studying. 4. Take them for shopping Shopping is what is considered to be a big stress-buster. Well, that’s for adults, but when it comes to kids, whether they shop or not, what they get as the outcome is definitely what they love. Whether you pick kids ethnic wear, fashion dresses or anything in the accessory section, they would love to have it. Do you have anything that helps your kid? Do let us know in the comments below.
