NA 62 PET status 19.01.2010. Tests to be completed by Feb. 2010 1)     Determine if metalisation on the untreated side is as good as, or better than on the treated side of the PET (material can then be ordered). a.       Tests to begin week 4  and be completed by week 7 2)      Test the Excell 532 material to have a clear comparison with the Hostaphan. a.       Tests to be run before end week 8. 3)      Determine if possible an optimal thickness of the coating (MAX Cu thickness) Depends on physics, and technical feasibility. Week 11. 4)      Implement full specifications and QC. 5)      Place contract and run a final pre-series of coated material  Material (Hostaphan 460L OR 466L is available from the USA)Coating by FraunhoferSlitting by PutzFolien.  Unknowns:            Single or double side treated material            Copper thickness on PET substrate From Neil 19/10/2010
