  3. 1 has 100 Parts All numbers have parts. Here are some ways to represent those parts… 1. Dollars have one hundred cents and you can use cents to represent part of a whole dollar. 2. 10 x 10 grid shows decimal fractions. 3. Fractions have numerators which show part of a denominator. 4. Percents % are fractions out of 100.
