Vision • To be one of South Africa’s leading emerging IT network installation and maintenance service providers • To help reduce high crime rate by installing and maintaining CCTV, Alarm systems, Electric fence, PA Systems, access control, Gate motors and intercoms • To install a well equipped control room for our remote surveillance unit and remote monitoring • To offer distinct services to corporate clients and upgrading entrepreneur skills so we can successfully manage our technology based infrastructure. • To provide excellence in the provision of risk management services

MISSIONWe aim to achieve our vision through; • Building the most cost-effective, strategic partnerships and joint ventures with both emerging and established IT Networking and Security Technology companies • Adopting a value chain view to all our key accounts, by pricing our services appropriately and sharing value chain benefits for the good of our shareholders, our suppliers and our customers • Maintaining a high standard of adherence to quality of work through application of stringent field management processes and a strict sub-contracting qualification process • Being responsible and accountable to all our stakeholders where-ever we choose to do business.

Growth Strategy • Julzac Technologies boasts a hands-on management team which is fully involved in the day to day operation of the company’s business interests. • We will grow into diverse but technology related business opportunities, to deliver customer solutions backed by our stringent management processes and service ethic. • We have embarked on a business development program with Sales Partners (Pty) Ltd on methods to increase productivity and generate new revenue streams • We have teamed up with A2T Integrated Systems to start up a CCTV remote surveillance security section in line with our expansion strategies. • We are training unemployed youths on an apprentice basis with a view to forming cooperatives that will be mentored and sub-contracted on new IT related businesses

INDUSTRY EXPERINCE • Among the founder members of Julzac Technologies, we share Information, Communication and Telecommunications(ICT) and a vast field service experience totaling in excess of 20 yearsat Telkom SA. • We have proven our sustainability as a business by having started the relationship with the inaugural National Lottery License operator Uthingo Management in 1999 and presently with Gidani, installing and maintaining lotto terminals and the transmission network • Our infrastructure capability which includes our own building and a fleet of relatively new vans, allows us to expand into related businesses without serious setup costs • We are adequately compliant on the statutory registrations such as PAYE, UIF,SDL,PSIRA and use reliable accounting and payroll systems for financial and personnel administrations • We have in our team experienced CCTV and Security technicians who have been in the field for close to six years

  6. BEE Strategy • Julzac Technologies is already on its way to building one of the most diverse empowerment groups in the IT and CCTV Technology industry. We are however focused on supporting a broad plan which covers the following areas: • Ownership: Not only are we building a black-owned and operated company, we are also giving women and disabled a stake at holding company level • Procurement: Our suppliers to various services are stringently assessed for their BEE credentials and we enter supply agreements on this basis • Knowledge transfer and training: We believe that knowledge is the currency of business. True empowerment is about enabling people in our employ to be self-reliant and be able to take their work skills in future to broaden their horizons by running successful micro enterprises. • Social Investment: We are still a growing company that may not be profitable enough yet to plough cash into social investment projects. We do however contribute in kind by participating in learnership programs in the IT sector through MICT Seta.

Conclusion • We are a young but reasonably experienced company whose track record with National Lottery reflects our commitment to service quality and excellence. • Our infrastructure positions us well to meet the reach requirements for all rural and urban clients in one contract. • Our pricing recommendations are market related. We are however a lot more competitively priced because infrastructure costs are already built into our existing operations, making it easier for us to switch on any new operation.
