  5. Training Programs • Masters’ Programs on Bioethics established in Chile, Perú, Dominican Republic, Argentina • Contribution to developments in Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Barbados, Venezuela, Cuba, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil • Research Ethics (Fogarty Program)

  10. Investigación en Salud. Dimensión Ética Fernando Lolas, Álvaro Quezada, Eduardo Rodríguez. Editores. El Centro Interdisciplinario de Estudios en Bioética (CIEB) de la Universidad de Chile, en conjunto con el Programa de Bioética de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud (OPS), acaba de publicar un manual de ética de la investigación en salud con el título "Investigación en Salud. Dimensión Ética", cuyos editores son Fernando Lolas, Álvaro Quezada y Eduardo Rodríguez. El volumen, de 390 páginas, reúne contribuciones de miembros académicos del CIEB y de alumnos del Programa Internacional de Ética de la Investigación Biomédica y Psicosocial auspiciado por el Fogarty Internacional Center de los National Institutes of Health (USA), investigadores y académicos de más de siete países latinoamericanos.
