  7. The Desktop Mount • GL45 thread above the table top • G ½“ thread underneath the table top • Easy to mount in the table top • If the system should not be used, the desktop mount can be closed with a standard cap GL45 or…..

The backwall mount • GL45 thread in the backwall • G ½“ thread behind the backwall • More free space on the table top • If the system should not be used, the desktop mount can be closed with a standard cap GL45 • The connection to a tubing will be build by an adapter (G1/2“ to GL25) for both mount parts

  9. Pipeline Systems • Pipeline systems are modular configurable • Thread adapter • SafetyWasteCaps in different thread sizes • Also many different SafetyCaps to fix capillaries on the desktop mount, (customized set-up)

  10. The tubing • Flexible PE-HD EL tubing • Tubing with plain ends and compression fittings or with connecting nut • Available in different lengths • Also available in PFA

  11. Shut-off Valve • Prevents leakage out of the tubing during the container change

  12. Low CeilingValve • Angle to reduce the installation height, in the case that the container is inside a safety cupboard • prevent the collision between the tubing and saftey cupboard

  14. The Exhaust Filter • If there is no air ventilation around the waste container you can use an exhaust filter • Solvent vapors are held back effectively to protect the employees and environment

  15. Funnel set to use inside the safety cupboard • Funnel for direct disposal into the container • Integrated level control • With 37,5 cm overall height suitable for the mostly common safety cupboards
