  1. The Death Dealer and Frank Frazetta

  2. Frank Frazetta was an American sci-fi artist born in the year 1928 February 9 and died in the year 2010 May 10. His is mainly noted for in his work in comic books, paperback book covers, paintings, posters, LP record album covers and other various media. In 2003 there is documentary named Frank Frazetta: Painting with Fire made based upon his life.

  3. In his work life Frank Frazetta draw numerous comic books and they are mostly of the genre of Western, fantasy, mystery and historical drama. Other then this his work contain various comic book cover, album cover, book cover, posters for Hollywood movies etc and some of his paintings characters are even made as statues and action figure and even adopted as mascots too.

  4. The life Frank Frazetta lived is not an easy one. He suffered from various diseases including a condition of thyroid which left untreated for many years. He also suffers from a series of stroke which lift his right arm in a state of paralyzed. But no disease or illness able to stop him from drawing and when he can’t draw by right hand, he teaches himself to paint and draw with his left hand. He was a man with burning passion for his work. 

  5. Frank Frazetta death dealer is one of the most successful paintings of his life. In this painting there is a menacing armour-clad warrior atop a horse where one hand is holding a bloody axe and other is a shield. The facial feature of the warrior is obscured by shadow making it somewhat fearful.

  6. The character become a spin-off of varying merchandise with various novels, comic books, statues, and various death dealer adventure games. Latter Frank Frazetta also draw other various panting of the death sealer and one of it’s became cover of the death dealer comic series.

  7. In 1978 the first album of Molly Hatchet made the death dealer painting as it covers. James Silke the author also write four series of death dealer adventure which are in order; Prisoner of the Horned Helmet, Lords of Destruction, Tooth and Claw and Plague of Knives.

  8. Based upon the death dealer character various full size and miniature statues and action figures are made and the first statue is made by sculptor Randy Bowen. In the year 1995 the first death dealer comic book is released by a company named Verotik and after that other several comic books of death dealer is also released. Not only in the comics and books but the effect of death dealer character is also seen in the military as its mascot.
