Strategic Plan Goals: • Goal 1 • Continue to be the leading provincial ski team in the country by graduating more athletes through the North American ski racing system than any other province. • Goal 2 • We lead our clubs to greater operational efficiencies, world-class athlete development strategies and provide safety and risk mitigation resources. • Goal 3 • Grow a strong community of volunteers and veteran officials by increasing the number of qualified level three officials and timers in the province. • Goal 4 • Practice responsible fiscal management by operating within our approved budget and preserving a strong level in our operating fund balance. • Goal 5 • Increase the level of engagement with all our membership, past and present, to encourage a life-long passion for alpine skiing.

Ground Transportation – What is your club doing to stay safe? • Condition of your winter tires? • Minimum liability coverage? • Are you requesting driver abstracts before hiring? • Are coaches being put into situations where they have to drive long distances after working a race series on their own? • Drivers MUST check with their own insurance company • to determine if they are covered to transport athletes • - CSA policy covers liability insurance for rental cars up to a maximum of 30-days, assuming driver has an appropriate license • 15-passenger van discussion • For more information contact your insurance professional
