  2. You are working in the hospital when an all hospital alert is called. Upon reporting to the Emergency Department, you learn that a vehicle crashed into the lobby of another local hospital and caused a huge explosion. There are now numerous patients from the site approaching the ED of your hospital. You are to work as part of the decontamination team. Your responsibilities are to work with your team to: Use appropriate personal protective equipment Decontaminate patients prior to entering the Emergency Department Prevent contaminated patients from entering the treatment area, securing all entrances Control patient flow into the triage area Coordinate and communicate with the triage and treatment teams 3D You are working in the hospital when an all hospital alert is called.
