  3. Why is Personality Important? • Big Five and job performance • What do Barrick and Mount find about this relationship? (p. 81) • What does a later Barrick & Mount’s study find about the role of job autonomy? (p. 81) • There are some situations where conscientiousness is more or less important (Figure 4). Explain each of these five scenarios.
