INTRODUÇÃO Apesar de não sermos obrigados a apresentar a audiência pública a Câmara Municipal da Lapa assumiu a iniciativa tendo em vista as boas práticas administrativas e de compromisso com a sociedade lapeana de uma gestão modelo e transparente. O escopo do nosso trabalho é o período de janeiro a abril de 2013, primeiro quadrimestre. Para tanto utilizamos de instrumentos legais, práticas contábeis, administrativas e gerenciais para poder explicar da forma mais didática possível as despesas desse órgão.
