  1. Is the 'Honeymoon' Over Between Global Resorts Network(GRN) And Carbon Copy Pro? Every serious affiliate marketing expert knows that with the right product and the correct amount of focus, nearly anyone can make good money online. What happens when two perfect solutions come together, but are marketed in what some would think an incorrect way? Well, that depends on who's doing the marketing, naturally. Two bonafied and proven experts in affiliate marketing are Aaron Parkinson and Jay Kubassek of Carbon Copy Pro filipino virtual assistants. These two began their company in 2004 with the core philosophy of using focus and real internet marketing knowledge to get ahead. In the beginning, they were doing very well, but knew that alone, their product was probably not enough to continue indefinitely. They needed partners with complementary products to sell. This is an important lesson on two fronts: first, never believe that what you have is going to be good forever; and second, always be humble enough to know that you can usually profit by partnering with others rather than competing. Jay and Aaron knew those things and so they struck up an alliance with Wealth Masters International, a leading Texas based financial education and services company, the teamup boosting sales by 400% in the first two months all because of the knowledge and system Kubassek and Parkinson brought to the table. Now you have the recent partnership with Global Resorts Network and the success with WMI might sound great to some affliiates promoting GRN but the problem is the way this partnership was marketed. Despite the teamup with WMI boosting sales by 400% in the first two months, the established affiliates of GRN felt cheated because the new match was marketed as an "all in one, out of the box" solution and implied that no work or effort would be needed to tap into its profits. This irked established affiliates and nearly resulted in an all out mutiny virtual assistants in Philippines. The marketing had forgotten one important thing about affiliate marketing, which every affiliate marketer learns and embraces if they want to succeed. That is the power of personal branding. Affiliates must brand themselves, usually through techniques including branded, personal websites, customized with your own content and style. Doing this builds confidence in your site's visitors and potential clients. Most out-of-the-box solutions (in this case Carbon Copy Pro's "Black Box") ignore this by creating literal carbon copy websites for everyone who joins the network. This is most often used in network marketing (MLM) and is detrimental to search engine optimization, branding, and user confidence. The near-revolt in the GRN affiliate network was belayed, however, by some quick follow up marketing from Parkinson and Kubassek.

  2. The bad points of CCPro were pointed out as good for marketing to new affiliates as most who buy do not plan to put in the effort really required to succeed, but will probably work towards a few sales before giving up virtual assistant in Philippines. It's the top 1% that matter, the ones who are willing to put in the effort to make their new business soar. By marketing to current affiliates with information on how to change their website, use the value-added bonuses like DVDs and other extras to their advantage in selling, and to use their Black Box to get started and then personalize their site in unique ways to make the bad parts good, the duo convinced most long-time affiliates to stick it out. That's a strong lesson learned. Not only did these two experts realize their mistake immediately, but they turned it around to make them into assets instead. These lessons are important to all affiliate marketers, keeping in mind that having your own customized personal branded website in the forefront is the smartest way to go,whether you're just starting out or an old hand at the business.
