  4. Movement • Provide movement breaks (ie. stretch, dance) 2. Students can alternate positions (sit, stand, lay on stomach)

  5. Touch • Have a variety of fidgets available 2. Explore various tactile media

  6. Other Various Suggestions • Provide a calming area • Take 3-4 deep breaths • Guided imagery • Visual schedule • Warning prior to transitions
