Landon (1813 - 1907) • Born in South Hero • Son of Thaddeus Landon • Settled on father’s farm, one of larges in town (300 acres) • Held many town offices • Represented South Hero in Vermont Legislature (1854-1856) • Served as First Director for The Sand Bar Bridge Company
