Introduction to Artists • All 3 artists were born in early 1980s and became famous in the 1990s. • Aguilera, Timberlake and Spears grew up together as cast members on Disney Channel’s The Mickey Mouse Club. • Collectively have won several awards and have been ranked highly in many well-known magazines. • Aguilera was ranked # 58 in Rolling Stone as one of the Greatest 100 Singers of All Time. • Timberlake sold seven million copies worldwide with his solo album release in 2002, Justified • Spears was ranked 6th on the Forbes List of the 100 Most Powerful and Influential Celebrities in the World.

  4. Madison Square Garden • Opened on February 11, 1968 as a multi-purpose indoor arena. • MSG hosts about 320 events per year • Accessible to fans from across the United States with its close proximity to three major airports.

  5. Seating • Center Stage Configuration • Capacity: 19,783 • ADA: 200 seats available. Will be offered in a variety of locations around the arena; in both upper and lower level sections in order to accommodate any potential ticket holder’s needs and budget.

  6. Ticketing • Tickets are available online and at our box office. • Prices: General Admission: $60.00 sections 1 through 38. Sections 301 through 350 - $80.00 per ticket Sections 201 through 234 - $140.00 per ticket. Sections 101 through 133 - $160.00 per ticket. Floor/Event Level Seats - $210.00 per tickets. Madison Square Garden has 28 suites, each with 15 seats inside. Each one of these suites is on sale for $6000.00

  7. Parking • MSG has 3 parking locations. • All parking lots are located within a 5 block radius of the arena. • All lots open 24 hours / 7 days a week.

  8. Transportation • 14 different subway trains, 4 different MTA buses and hundreds of taxis will provide patrons who need transportation night of show.

  9. Hotels • New York City has over 500 hotels and many in walking distance of Madison Square Garden. • We suggest staying in a hotel that is located within 1 mile of arena to avoid any transportation issues day of show. • Next slide, will provide you with a list of hotels located within 0.5 miles of our arena.

Security • All guests MUST adhere to Madison Square Garden’s Code of Conduct. • Violators will be escorted from the premises and are subject to arrest. • Mandatory Bag Search • Bags must be able to fit comfortably under your seat. • Oversized bags are prohibited. • A disposable or 35mm camera will be allowed to be used during event. • Cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibted. • MSG is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged.

  13. Food and Beverage • The Club Bar & Grill will be open during event for a fine dining experience. • Located: The Club Terrace between Gates 60 and 67. (Reservations Recommended) • Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale during the show. • Beer will cost $7, wine $9, and alcoholic drinks $9. Alcohol sales will be limited to a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per customer per purchase. (Valid ID required)

Handing Out Flyers 10 people – $3,900 $390 per person per day Each person paired with hawker with megaphone, work only one day, the day tickets go on sale. Positioned throughout the New York City area. Subway Platforms 100 locations – $40,000 $20,000 per month to cover 100 stations Running for two months up until the show Starbucks Coffee Sleeves 50,000 total - $7,000 .12 to .14 cents per sleeve 1,000 sleeves distributed to 50 out of the 171 Starbucks in the Manhattan area. 200 sleeves sold per day MAX, start one month before show. Scaffolding Broadsides 105 locations - $9,200 Two to four per site in 90 to 120 different locations 2 weeks before event Marketing & Advertising

  17. Contest Description The Mouse Pack Cover Contest • Winner receives front row tickets, backstage passes and memorabilia. • Contestants will be invited to make a music video covering a Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake or Christina Aguilera song and submit it to the corresponding artist’s official website or to our promotion company, Mr. Nice Guy’s website. • With this generation being somewhat “The YouTube Generation,” we believe we will see an enormous amount of interest in the contest, with a multitude of fans sending in their best rendition of a song of one of our performers.

  18. Community Relations • The Garden of Dreams is a non-profit charity that creates events and activities for children in crisis. • For this show we will be contracting out NYC hotels, parking garages and public transportation to donate a small portion of their income from this night. • For hotels, we are asking for a 3% return on all hotel rooms rented out the night for the Then & Now Show. • For parking garages, we are seeking $2 for every $40 spent on parking. • We are asking public transportation, including buses and subway systems, to donate 5 cents of every fare.

  19. Expenses • Total Cost: $1,728,891 • Potential Earnings: $2,486,730 • Break Even Point: • Total Cost / Average Ticket Price ($127.14) • To break even the concert must sell 13,589 tickets. Leaving Potential Earnings before taxes as $2,486,730. • After taxes earnings are: $717,394.52 • Does not include 80/20 spilt.

Conclusion of Show • Great work by ushers to eliminate any issues before show with patrons. • Bar code system worked well with weeding out any counterfeit tickets trying to be used at gates. • Successful managerial planning of show. • All three performers left MSG pleased and happy about attendance at show.

  22. Merchandise Results • We sold 550 shirts, 50 key chains, 75 Timberlake posters, 100 Spears CDs, and 225 Spears Baby Outfits. • After taking in 10% of the merchandise we earned $2,925.

  23. Food Results Overall, we took in $51,200 from food sales.

  24. Beverage Results Overall, we made $50,550 in beverage sales.
