  4. Setting up your company information is done on one simple page.

  5. You can select a New Project or Open and Existing Project. You can also adjust the Default Options & Pricing for your software.

  6. You can adjust the General Options, Material Pricing, or Labor Pricing.

  11. You can choose from the items at the bottom to enter your ductwork information. Rectangular is on the left, and Round is on the right. You can Print either of these lists for Shop and Field use. You can also look at the “Material Summary” to see the sheet metal and insulation required.

  12. This is an example of a ductwork input screen. You simply enter the dimensions, and click OK. The options will be automatically set based on your settings, but you can also change them on-the-fly if you need to.

  13. When adding materials other than ductwork, you can easily choose from one of the four categories. Each categories has many items. Just select the item you want to add, enter the size and quantity, and click ADD. The labor for that item will automatically be added to your Bid Sheet. It’s easy!

  14. This is where your Bid is created. Many of the line items will automatically be filled in with material and labor pricing based on your input. You can add any pricing needed to this page, and adjust your mark-ups to create your final bid.
