  3. What is a Bill of Material? • A bill of material (BOM) is a list or table containing information of products or parts (raw materials) within an assembly or project. These include, but are not limited to: • Part or product number • Part, product, or vendor (suppliers) name or description • Color • Price • Quantity (unit) • Waste • Etc.
