Today • Discuss project goals and how we arrived at the vision of the new AWEBS. • Review features and proposed concept. • By the end of the presentation we hope to receive buy-in from all departments. • Identify core team of people to build list of final requirements • Kick off bi-weekly AWEBS project meetings.

  3. Project Goals • Build such a compelling site that by default it fits the needs of 60-70% of KW Agents. • The overall strategy is to ultimately have everyone use eAgentC in place of the eEdge website • Allow for all levels of Agency (Beginner, Growth, Achievement) a chance at an great website

Function Agent Administration Tool: • Launch - Default– Set & Forget – Activates when White Pages data entered – automated features included • Growth– Branding/SEO/Blogger/Information – additional data options – work required • Achievement - Custom (Advanced) – open code to 3rd party, paid development services offered, bells & whistles • – Potential revenue share with 3rd party development company

  5. Function Customers will be able to use the desktop and mobile application seamlessly with regard to property search, eTransactions and Agent communications.

Concept Description of Proposed Concept : • New administration contributes to the success of the three types of sensory learning: • Auditory – (“tell it like it is” initiative) – Will easily remember what assets are called, can communicate for support easily, quickly make changes without having to read or play with the site for long • Visual – prefer a picture with content or something described, visual organization • Kinesthetic – can make changes with drag and drop – new, tactile feel

Dashboard - Concept Proposal • Status meter to indicate work required for complete online profile • “Know what’s going on with your online presence” – Access to all important aspects of online presence in one location • Analytics on the homepage so Agents can readily engage in website activity (awareness & motivation) • Analytics accessible by KWRI for measure of success

Administration - Concept Proposal •  Only page available in Launch • Various layouts of homepage for use to choose from • Allows user to see the connection or association with AWEBS and Applications • Basic pages created when – Growth template activated (Contact us, Buyer Page, Seller Page, etc)

Add Content - Concept Proposal • User has option to choose from easy to use plugins/widgets • Content selections enable:Branding, SEO, Blogger & Information types of Agents to market themselves • Widgets are responsive to whatever size container they are added to • KWRI can define specs and 3rd parties can build widgets

AWEBS 2012 • New concept is scalable based on agent growth • New concept provides multiple opportunities to learn how the website works for different types of learners • User can see what the website will look like as they edit and publish when ready • KWRI can leverage resources and cost by outsourcing development of the various widgets and plugins.
