  9. EOYP: Planning Meeting • Schedule meeting • Vision for Fall 2011, SY11-12 • Backwards plan to understand what will need to be done this summer • Assign owners • Make plans to stay in touch: schedule calls, email check-ins, back to school meeting, etc.

During summer? • Plan follow-up check-ins with former officers and with National as well • Submit new organizational chart to SFER National
