  2. Event Overview • Date: Before Spring Break- Late March/Early April • Time: Afterschool- 3 pm – 4:30 pm • Location: Cranford High School- Senior Cafeteria/ Courtyard

  3. Demographics Volunteers Attendees 15-25 children Ages 2-10 Cougar Preschool Young Athletes Program Snappy Preschool • 10-15 students & teachers • StuCo members and advisors • Other high school students • Teachers

  4. Advertisement/Publicity Emailed Invitations to parents Handed out flyers and hung posters Made announcements at the programs

  5. Preparation • Students donated eggs, candy, and tchotchkes • Club members packed eggs at meeting • Teachers and students set up during 8th period

  6. Timeline of Egg Hunt

  7. Check in/Activities Check in: • Volunteers at check in table give kids a name tag • Kids decorate their own bag, to hold their eggs, until everyone arrives. Activities: • Pin the tail on the bunny • Simon Says • Rub on tattoos • Face-painting • Ring toss • Hopscotch

  8. Egg Hunt • Start everyone at the same time • Limit number of eggs per child (if necessary) • Have fun!

  9. Snack Time Cookies (No peanut butter) Cupcakes Juice Fruit Milk

  10. Now it’s your turn! To bring a spring egg hunt to your town!
