  8. Enter: HostName IP Address MAC Location Type

  9. Click on “OK”

  10. Click on “Printer” Select “Add”

  11. Enter: Name Classification NT Driver - ( hp8000 = hp laserjet 5si ) - ( hp4050 = hp laserjet 4 ) Printer Access Location Printer Class Adapter Port Suspend State

  12. Enter NAME “lj4_srs_b271”

  13. Enter CLASSIFICATION “UNCLASSIFIED”

  14. Click on NT Driver

  15. Select “HP LaserJet 4” Select “HP” Click on “OK”

  16. Enter PRINTER ACCESS “By Application”

  17. Enter LOCATION “bldg 271 - srs”

  18. Enter PRINTER CLASS “Laser 13cpi-nb”

  19. Select “IP ADDRESS” for this Printer

  20. Enter ADAPTER PORT “P1”

  21. Enter SUSPEND STATE “Permit All Requests”

  22. Select APPLICATION LIST “NALCOMIS” “NTCSS_APP” Click on “OK”
