  2. Welcome! • Thank you for your interest and your time!! • We’re excited that you joined us!

So what’s this meeting all about? • Our opportunity to reach the key users • Our communication is often with IT manager – we would like to connect with the key users. • We have found that often key users do not know what Accenture is working on that may affect their area of DBS. • Create stronger relationships.

  4. So what’s this meeting all about? • “Marketing” • We hope that when you have a need, you will think of us. We want to bring more value to you and your dealership. • It’s great when you call us and we find the answer to your issue. But if we do not hear from you for 3 weeks, we want to find ways to bring you more value during that time.

Customer Care Initiative • General Themes in Service from Customer Care meetings so far • Personnel turnover, loss of institutional knowledge, changes have created a need for training. • This year we are offering training to dealers, asking that they just cover expenses. • Onsite / Webinars / 1:1 • Product / Topic / Individualized

  9. Current Projects • MNTWOMAIN / MNTWOQUO • Copy quote • Ability to bring multiple work orders from DSPCIWIP into WOMAIN • Customer Class ‘expansion’ • Proforma to PartStore

  10. Projects under consideration • We value your input for determining what projects we may be able to undertake. DBS is not dead. We want to keep it viable and valuable. • That said, there is no plan for a wholesale rewrite of DBS. But we do want to make changes that will bring the most value. The dots represent points of DBS that meet the business need. Many are in the bullseye (fully meeting your business needs). Some are not. We may not be able to move all of them into the bullseye, but can we identify the most valuable ones and move them closer to the bullseye?

  11. Projects under consideration • Service Advisor Retirement • April 2014 IBM will no longer support Windows XP • We are committed to ensuring Service Advisor functionality will be fully built into WOMAIN / WOQUOT functionality • Move WOMAIN / WOQUOT into 2.3.4

  12. Projects under consideration • Track number of services in PM / CT • In addition to time and/or usage tracking • Split work order 3 ways

  13. Reporting • What is so common that would be valuable for us to create and provide certain reporting functionality? What are your top business-driving reports? Regardless of the tool you use.
