Results IT-Governance so far • E-filing, scanning & digital communication is starting up and is irreversible • Judges are positive about digital file-viewer • Standardisation of software and hardware, fewer applications, less diversification saves money • IT-Governance helps the cooperation & standardisation of procedures in all sections of the judiciary • Risk of bureaucracy and inflexibility (we’re working on it) All files digital?
