  5. 環境衛生 • 施 政 方 針： • 保 持 環 境 衛 生 。 盡 量 減 低 由 蟲 鼠、小 販 擺 賣 活 動 及 其 他 對 環 境 造 成 滋 擾 的 事 物 所 引 致 的 危 險 及 威 脅 • 確 保 在 提 供 優 質 服 務 的 同 時 ， 兼 注 重 問 責 性 和 成 本 效 益 • 提 高 公 眾 對 保 持 環 境 衛 生 和 健 康 的 生 活 方 式 的 意 識
