  5. System Architecture • Data Warehouse Processing • 1. Copy notes and other related information from ICIP database. • 2. Do the proof reading process on the content of notes. • 3. Index the original notes and annotated notes by SNOMED Concept and String.

  6. System Architecture • Server System • 1. Process the retrieval requests from clients • Retrieval key words: SNOMED Concept, String, MRN, Care Provider • Name and Store time. • 2. Enhancing the notes • Do Annotation on the content of notes: Gazetteer, SNOMED Concept, and Abbreviation. • 3. Manage user Account • a) User registration, login and logout. • b) Recording every user retrieval request with user ID. • c) Give the privilege to manage the gazetteer.
