  1. Sophisticated Zone planning towards favorable significance of city in future Virat Land Alliances Pvt Ltd with its favorable position & being ventures through Master Plan Delhi 2021 is submitting the driven prospects of Zonal Plan Delhi. As per MPD 2021 Delhi the Zonal Plan is divided into 15 Zones for better convenient and better administration development. These are particularize from Zone A to H and Zone J to P in which 8 Zones are considerably under Urban Areas, one in Riverbed and remaining 6 Zones are come under Rural Areas. Conceptual Structuring of Zonal Plans 2021 Delhi A. Land Use Plan – Based on Urban Activities, social & physical infrastructure, transportation & work centers and considering MRTS Corridors. B. R Zone Land Delhi – Detailed as Residential Zone and offering Public Private Partnership under new MPD 2021 and approved through DDA C. Mixed Use Areas – Based on the activities of non-residential & residential plot or flats. Come under Walled City & Other than walled city D. Urban Extension Projects – Based to accommodate Delhi’s changing requirements on urban living needs and extensions. This plan consists for 3 sub-cities (Rohini, Dwarka, Narela). E. Zone A (Old City) – Divided into two categories  (Sub-Zones A-13 to A-27 & Sub-Zone C-1 Part) as Walled City  (Sub-Zone A-1 to A-12) as Other Than Walled City Zone B – Zone B has been modified for Karol Bagh & City Extension in Central West Delhi F. G. Zone C (Civil Lines) – This consists 21 Sub-Zones as:  North-East  North-West  South-East  South-West Delhi H. Zone D (New Delhi) – This zone is enunciated between river Yamuna & ridge on the other side with comprising central areas of Delhi and mainly comprised for Lutyens Garden City and Extensions.

  2. Zone E (Trans Yamuna) – This plan is co-existing through unplanned areas and planned areas I. Zone F (New Delhi) – This consists mainly low density green posh, planned, and maintained residential areas or localities. Also include rehabilitation colonies and Government Areas. J. K. Zone G (West Delhi I) – This zone is consisting 18 Sub-Zones L. Zone H (North West Delhi I) – This numerates for well planned residential localities M. Zone J (South Delhi II) – This zone comprises Regional Park / Ridge with 30 Villages/Census in the zone. N. Zone K Part (South West Delhi ) – Locates under Dwarka Sub-City which is part of urban extension approved plan O. L Zone Delhi (West Delhi III) – Surrounded through NH-10, Zone ‘K’, and City’s Boundary. A most sought zone of future. Zone M (North West Delhi II) – Covers Rohini Sub-City P. Q. N Zone Land Delhi – Comprised for Urban Extension / Green Belt Area and developing housing projects R. Zone O – Signifies ecological aspects & characteristics among city corridors S.
