  5. Choose flyer type • Add your title & subtitle • Design your flyer • Add details (text, title, links, video, audio, pictures, location info, gallery, bio info) • Arrows to right or left to change style • Drag to move • Pencil to edit • X to delete Quick Guide

  6. Done editing (don’t worry, you can edit again at any time) • Flyer settings • Preview • Print • Share • Analytics Publish your flyer

Best time of day to send an e-mail • After lunch (12:00 – 1:00 p.m.) • Best days of week to send an e-mail • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday • Best times to post on social media • Twitter: early in week 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. • Facebook: Weekends or Wednesdays 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. • Share frequently and vary days/times! Timing is key
