WFO • NCI remains our first priority Other Conditions That Apply… • We perform a service(not collaboration, research, development, or demonstration) • We are not a subcontract (other federal agency flow-down contract provisions will not apply) • Charges are Fixed Price, Fixed Unit Price, or Labor Hours • Monthly invoicing (>$25K adv. pmt. threshold)

  7. WFO Intellectual Property • IP will be governed by the IP provisions of the SAIC-F OTS Prime Contract • Confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements apply • Employee invention reports follow established procedures

  8. SAIC-Frederick, Inc. Interfaces for the WFO • Point of Contact (POC) • Interface • Support Service Head • Unique service • Define WFO work scopes/cost/duration • Acquisition and Logistical Services • WFO contractual agreement

WFO Process • Request received by CSAS, POC, Email, or telephone • Information Package sent to requestor (or through website) • Requestor completes SOW and returns w/in 7 days • SAIC-Frederick, Inc. returns a preliminary cost estimate to requestor • Requestor accepts w/in 30 days • Request receives NCI approval • Requestor is notified ~14 days from acknowledgement

  10. WFO Process • WFO Agreement sent to requestor • Requestor signs and returns w/in 14 days with any advance payments required • Work commences and completed • Requestor is invoiced • QA Customer Satisfaction Survey returned to SAIC-Frederick, Inc. with payment
