Terms of Reference - DRAFT The Clinical Quality Panel: Will develop, review and revise clinical quality indicators, advise HAAD on dissemination of indicator information and support education around the indicators Is comprised of at least two non-Seha Provider representatives, two Seha Provider representatives, one Payer representative and one HAAD Public Health representative and is chaired by a HAAD Strategy representative Is advised by the Chair of the Clinical Coding Steering Committee and Clinical experts as required Is considered quorate if at least one non-Seha Provider representative, one Seha Provider representative and one Payer representative attend in addition to the Chair Takes decisions if at least one non-Seha Provider representative, one Seha Provider representative and one Payer representative agree Maintains the confidentiality of all information accessed and parties to whom it pertains, using information only for purposes directly related to the work of the Clinical Quality Panel Meets monthly Publishes its minutes
