  4. Meat Inspection • captures and analyses data on results of inspections of animals made at abattoirs (Industrial or Municipal) or slaughter slabs before slaughtering (Ante-mortem inspection) and inspection of carcasses, parts and organs afterwards (post-mortem inspection).

  8. Animal Production Livestock Numbers This module manages statistics on numbers of livestock per species and by classes. The statistics will give details on numbers by geographical zone* in a given period of time. The form contains header and details

  9. Production Parameters/Products • This module manages statistics on quantities of livestock products per species and by classes of products.
