  3. The venue will be divided into four areas, A, B, C & D. Areas A, B & C is where children under the age of 21 will be restricted to. Area D is restricted to park residents and special guests with guest passes. Area D – Community Pool, Hot-tub, Patio, Shuffle Board & Luau Areas X X Area C – Club House Area B – Garden, Putting Green, Sitting Areas X Area A – Primary attractions areas separated in two parts: X Tables & Booths for Food vendors, games, Arts & Crafts Vehicle & RV staging X = Restrooms & Port-a-Potties O & Red & Green lines = N/A X

The Size of the Venue Attraction Area -78,404 Total Square Feet - A & B Attraction/Vendors Areas C & D Attraction/Vendors Areas Area designed for use by residents and invited guests only Event Area C – Club House and main offices 70 ft. x 40 ft. (2,800 sq.ft.) Event Area D – Swimming Pool & Hot tub (Off-limits to persons under 21 years of age) 170 ft. x 170 ft. (28,900 sq.ft.) Community Patio east of pool – 50 ft x 50 ft. (2,500 sq.ft.) Areas designed to be used for attractions from opening to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday • Event Area A – Parking lot = 208 ft. x 138 ft. (28,704 sq.ft.). Divided into 2 sections • Fun & Games, and Vehicle Show • Event Area B – Garden, Putting Green & Cul-de-sac • 180 ft. x 55 ft. (9,900 sq.ft.) • Cul-de-sac 80 ft. x 70 ft. (5,600 sq.ft.). Misc. attractions

Barriers will be used in areas where pedestrians and vehicles have the potential of coming in close proximity with each other.

Parking Plans & Considerations Parking Plan Additional Considerations Seek a Permit from the City to use the 38 foot per side areas closest to the 20 foot medium on Rincon Boulevard as the primary parking area, with the other P areas as overflow parking Arrangements are being discussed with Rincon Country RV Resorts East that will enable some parking to take place there, on an overflow basis ONLY VEHICLES with authorized park vehicle stickers displayed on their vehicles will be permitted to drive freely throughout the park in NON-VENUE AREAS. ONLY STAFF gulf cards will be permitted in the venue area. Parking in the venue is designated by “P” and will be provided as follows: • We have four (4) vacant lots in our park where parking that will be used for parking • Overflow parking will be available on the east-side of Area D as well as in the maintenance area at the north end of the park • Throughout the park, directional signage will be utilized to communicate foot and vehicle traffic flow. • Guests invited by residents who have an authorized pass displayed on their vehicles will be permitted to park residents’ homes

  8. Community/Venue & Visitor Security The security of our communities is of the utmost importance to us all. During this event we are opening our doors to the outside world. In preparation for this we are implementing the following measures to protect our residents and their properties: • Visitor Registration … everyone entering the venue will be required to register upon entry and will receive a visitor wrist band in a color unique to the event • Additional Security will be provided by SecureOne Security Services … one (1) additional security officer for each of locations identified on the previous page • Residents will serve as “Park Monitors”keeping an eye on foot traffic to assure that non-residents are not moving around freely without a resident present • Barriers and Barricades will be strategically placed at key locations throughout the park to prevent unauthorized access as well as to separate pedestrian traffic from vehicles • Camera Surveillance … active surveillance cameras are in place throughout the planned venue complex • Communications … two-way radios and whistles will be supplies to members of our event staff, Park Monitors
