Also another defective part was detected at the carrier machining line, the part presents a Huge Pore and it was visually detected by the operator before assembling it with the carrier. Action Taken: The parts were segregated and we started to inspect the existent material stock at GMCl.. Thesupplierwasnotifiedaboutthisissue and we are waitingfortheircleanpoint. • NOTE :THIS PROBLEM MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND TESTED THROUGH THE 7D’s and DD&W AS SUPPORT, EVEN IFAPPLICABLETO PRR.
