President of “Corps of Cadets” Student Organization. • c/XO: Chief of Staff, Run Staff Meetings & MDMP, Oversee all Staff Functions and Coordination. • c/CSM: D&C, Army Color Guards, Flag Detail, Cdt of Qrtr/Semester/Year Boards, Formations, Info Dissemination, Cadet Lounges. • c/S1: Cadet Rosters, Mailbox, Attendance, Awards, Ceremonies, SHARP/EO (e.g. BnActivation Ceremony, Branching, Dining Out, etc.). • c/S2: Mentorship, Tri-Service relations (Tri-Service Commissioning, Commander’s Cup, POW-MIA run, Joint Color Guard, Hall of Fame), Physical Security • c/S3: All Training, Plans, & Operations, OPORDs, Labs, FTXs, Clubs, Extracurricular Events, Leadership Development (evaluation matrix, blue/yellow cards, quality control of cards, JPSCs, footballs), Safety. c/SGM: NCOIC of Drill Meet. • c/S4: Supply, Logistics (supply room, training aids, rappelling gear, crossfit gear), Equipment Load-Out for Lab/FTXs, MREs, Transportation, Treasurer for BOSO funds, Fundraising (bedloft event and others), Soda Machine, Cookout, Supply Hours, Cadet Equipment Issue/Receipt and Clothing Alterations, • c/S5: Recruiting, Marketing and Media, Boiler Bayonet (2 per semester), Website Gallery, Photographer, Videographer, Public Displays/Outreach, ROTC’s Image on Campus. • c/S6: Sharepoint, Website Info, Commo Plans • Company Commanders: Execute all training events as assigned by the c/S-3 (includes rehearsals prior to event), PT/APFT for your units, write all LDP Blue Cards and manage JPSCs, coach, teach, & mentor (develop) all underclassmen.
