  2. Introduction • The idea is to offer an online access to customers of movies premieres • Soon as some movie comes out in theaters it will available on my company’s website • Cheaper price and you can watch movies at any time you want

Business plan • Register a domain name www.owntheater.com – same as the name of the company (short, simple and refers to the product I am offering) • Have specific departments in the company where are done specific jobs (getting the movies, converting them, uploading them, marketing, payment… etc)

Business plan (cont’d) • I plan to use a building where I will set my company • Technological equipment (storage servers, computers, firewalls, intranet, high Internet speed… etc) • My intended audience would be generation Y because they have interest in the movies and they like to do everything online

  5. Business plan (cont’d) • My company would work on the pre-order system • Payment via Internet – customers will be able to pay each movie with their credit and debit cards (no other payments will be accepted) • Goal is to make the company earn a lot of money and then sell it.

  7. SWOT Analysis • Strengths - company will provide cheaper product that will be available 24/7 to the customers. I will not have shipping costs because everything will be done digital which means over the Internet and instantly, customers will not have to wait for the product. • Weaknesses – possibility to have financial problems at the beginning could cause my company go bankrupt. • Opportunity – large potential market that is willing to pay to watch a movie. • Threats – large number of competitors in the similar business and fear of the customers of not having trust in the new company. Netflix being number 1 competitor could take my potential customers.
