  1. Talent Development Secondary Philosophy Our Core Belief: ALLstudents have gifts and talents and can learn at high levels given adequate resources and support.

Talent Development Secondary Results Burke HS ADA and MCAS Advanced/Proficient Rates 2010-2013 • Clinton MS and Manual Arts HS (LA) each gained more than 30 points in the Academic Performance Index, the overall accountability measure used in California. This growth was more than 10 times greater than that of the district as a whole.
