  2. System Requirements • CPU - Pentium 3+, 233+ MHz • RAM- 128 MB+ • Hard Drive – 260 MB to 400 MB depending on edition • Operating System -Microsoft Windows® 2000 with Service Pack 3 or later; or Windows XP

More Collaboration • Document Workspaces: Centralized Web-based repositories that provide files, tasks, and lists of links and team members and are accessible through the Shared Workspace task pane . • Shared attachments: Send shared attachments in Microsoft Outlook®, and recipients can choose to open a local copy to work from, or check the shared workspace to find and download a more current version.

Control Access • Information rights management (IRM)Keep information private by helping protect your e-mail messages and files from unauthorized copying, forwarding, or printing using the information rights management (IRM) functionality in Word 2003, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Excel 2003, and PowerPoint 2003.

The Reading Pane has been moved to the right side of the screen to display twice as much content and reduce the need to scroll to read messages.
