Dengue in Brazil: Pre-vaccination Screening and Effectiveness of CYD-TDV

This study examines the effectiveness of CYD-TDV vaccine in preventing dengue infection in Brazil. Pre-vaccination screening for prior dengue infection is evaluated, and the potential immunization candidates are identified. The approved use of CYD-TDV vaccine is discussed.
