  10. Go to the HotelVision Data Analysis Reports and Cubes
  11. Let’s start with Reports
  12. Select the Company & Chain with Property report
  13. Choose Report Preference: Booking Date or Check-in Date Select the option and then select Next to progress to the date parameter screen
  14. Choose Start and End Dates and Hotel Company
  15. Select Chain(s) and Click on Finish to run the report
  16. A sign that data is being collected
  17. Input Parameters Measures Success! View the details of the report
  18. Return to the list of reports/cubes, click on return arrow icon
  19. Now, run a report with options

  58. Filtering Excluding everything but…. When you are altering dimensions NOT DISPLAYED in rows or columns, dimensions act as filters that determine what data is appearing on the display
